Our Approach to Cookies
KompCheck does not use tracking, advertising, profiling or analytics cookies of any kind. We do not monitor your behaviour across websites, build advertising profiles, or share cookie data with third parties.
The only cookie we set is a single, strictly necessary session cookie, required to keep your login session active and to enable secure communication between your browser and the KompCheck platform. Without it, core features such as signing in and viewing your dashboard would not function.

Why No Consent Banner?
Under the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive, cookies that are strictly necessary for a service the user has explicitly requested (such as staying logged in) are exempt from the requirement to obtain prior consent. Since our session cookie falls squarely into this category, and we set no other cookies, we don't display a cookie consent banner asking you to accept or reject tracking — there is none to consent to.

You can view, block or delete cookies at any time through your browser's settings. Please note that blocking our session cookie will prevent you from logging in or using the KompCheck platform, since this cookie is required for authentication.
